In this section, we have collected frequently asked questions about the VoiceGuide mobile app. If you have not found the answer to your question, please contact us and we will be happy to answer you. We are constantly working on improving the application and new interesting tours, if you have suggestions on the functionality of the application or an interesting topic of the tour, then please share with us.

Most of our destination-related content, including the audio tours, can be downloaded and stored in your phone’s memory. The VoiceGuide application allows you to use the downloaded content offline and does not require an internet connection. When traveling we recommend using Wi-Fi for content download to avoid the use of expensive mobile data traffic.
VoiceGuide App is available for both iPhones (iOS 9 or above) and Android-based smartphones (Android version 4.2 and above).
Some of our tours have descriptions posted on this website but the best way is to try them yourself. Download one of our free VoiceGuide apps to browse available tours. Each tour’s detail page will offer an audio overview and tour itinerary, the tour's length and starting location, as well as recommended hours and other tips to get the most out of the tour.
The application and first tours are currently in development. Soon we are going to launch our limited beta program for selected individuals. Please let us know if you are interested in participating. The official release is planned for the spring of 2019 at which time the application will be available for download in Apple AppStore and Google Play Market.
VoiceGuide is an iOS / Android app for tourists that provides an offline city map with selected attractions and uses GPS technology to help you navigate. It also offers audio guided tours with prerecorded stories about the most interesting places. Each tour guides you along a route from one location to another.
We recommend to follow a tour path to get the best experience, but if you prefer to listen without walking and visiting places you can do it too. Just choose to listen remotely when you launch a tour.
